How To Win Back Love – Your Exes State Of Mind
Working on your exes emotions is a completely different story. It begins by leaving them alone! Give your ex space, you can’t force them into anything, including taking you back into their lives, emotions just don’t work like that.
To help you get started in the right direction for winning back the ex , here is something that almost never works. Making a ton of phone calls, bombarding them with e-mails and text messages.
Most of the time this takes the form of begging, crying, making promises or even making threats. These actions only serve to push your ex further away.
Why doesn’t this work for winning back your ex? Think about it, is this the way you attracted your ex when you first met? Of course not, they would have been long gone very quickly if you acted that way.
Winning back the ex involves re-attracting them, so why not try something that is proven to work, and leave them alone have for a while? Some form of no contact serves two purposes.
One it gives your ex some time and space so they can get their own thoughts straightened out. This indirect, and counter-intuitive approach gives them (and you) time to recover and get out of an emotionally distressed state.
Pressuring them at this time will only harm the situation more. The second benefit is that it also gives them time to start missing you. Being around 24/7 is not a good way to get them to actually start missing you.
This method of getting yourself calmed down, and indirectly allowing your ex to do the same is a sound approach. Of course winning back the ex has a lot more steps than these opening moves.
